The Application Process

Rewardsco posts all available jobs right here on our website, making it easy for you to search for available positions, fill out an application and submit your CV online. If your application is successful, we will call you to schedule a formal interview. For directions to our offices, click here.

Your Interview

Remember to bring along the following documents for your interview:

  • An updated copy of your CV.
  • ID or certified copy of ID.
  • Certified copy of your highest qualification.

When you arrive at Rewardsco, proceed to the Information Desk on the Ground Floor and inform them that you are here for an interview. A Recruitment Officer will escort you to the relevant department for your interview with the respective manager. Take a look at our helpful Hints & Tips to ensure you make a great impression at your interview.

Successful Applicants

If you are shortlisted, you may be asked to complete a PPA. A second interview with the respective manager may be scheduled, if required. Rewardsco will then conduct:

  • Validation checks on your qualifications and references.
  • A criminal record check with SAPS.
  • An ITC check if you have applied for a financial position.

If you are successful, Rewardsco will present you with an offer of employment. Upon acceptance, a contract will be drawn up and a Recruitment Officer will be in touch to make final arrangements for your arrival at Rewardsco.
