An exciting opportunity exists to take a pivotal role in leading marketing research requirements for Rewardsco and all its brands as a Research Specialist. The main purpose of this role will be to provide key research analysis which will be used in business decision making.
This role is perfect for an information junkie who is passionate about market research and is looking for a new and exciting challenge.
 You will be involved in all aspects of market research – qualitative and quantitative, primary and secondary research. Your primary responsibilities will range from putting together proposals and attending meetings with Heads of Departments, to designing questionnaires, managing projects, conducting fieldwork, analyzing data and creating research/whitepaper reports. Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree/ three year diploma or equivalent experience in marketing, commerce and research – 3 years
  • 5 years’ experience in managing research campaigns and research reporting
  • Agency/client, retail, social media, Google analytics, online/ internet marketing, mobile marketing, SEO and Paid marketing advantageous
  • Experience working with multinationals that provided exposure to global trends is desirable
  • Previous market research experience
  • Excellent Internet and desk research skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint High level of numeracy and analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze data in Excel, and put together reports in PowerPoint

Remuneration : Negotiable, based on experience, skill-set and qualifications
