What are the standard working hours?
The standard working hours for Telesales Agents are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday; however, some campaigns are dual shifts, from 8am to 1.30pm and 2pm to 7.30pm.
What are the minimum requirements?
- Minimum of 4 months outbound telesales experience gained within the last year
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
- Good computer skills
What salary packages do you offer?
Salaries range from R4100 to R6500 based on your experience and skill set.
What is my earning potential with commission?
We offer uncapped commission, so your earning potential is UNLIMITED.
Do you offer benefits?
Yes, we offer amazing benefits such as a FREE Discovery Medical Insurance scheme and access to an on-site nurse and doctor. You may be offered permanency with benefits if you are an experienced Telesales Agent with a proven track record over a 3-month period. If not, don’t despair. You can unlock a R6500 basic salary with benefits if you achieve the following within a 5-month cycle:
- 2 consecutive months (+ 1 additional month) of target achievement
- 100% attendance and no warning letters.
Do you run local or international campaigns?
We currently run local campaigns for blue-chip clients such as Vodacom, Telkom and MTN, as well as for our in-house brands, which include Mondo Connect, Jika Connect and Vuka Money.
Do you require a Matric certificate?
For most outbound sales positions, we accept a minimum Grade 10 pass.

How long is the training period?
The training period is approximately 14 to 17 days based on your assigned campaign, skill level and experience.
